Counselor Adly Mahmoud Mansour, having previously served as both the President of the Supreme Constitutional Court and the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, was honored with the prestigious Great Collar of the Nile in recognition of his significant contributions to navigating the transitional phase of Egypt's modern history.

Eng. Raafat Abdel Aziz Fahmy Hindy

Engineer Hindy serves as Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology for Infrastructure, leading the Communications and Infrastructure Sector. With 30+ years of experience, he's overseen various global telecom and infrastructure projects. Notably, he founded the communications and infrastructure sector in 2006 and executed 100+ projects, including smart village infrastructure and the Egyptian university network.

His Excellency Prof. Sherif Hammad

Professor Hammad, a former Minister of Scientific Research, is the founder and Chief technology officer of Garraio, LLC, a service provider for automotive embedded systems, since 2015. He also serves as a computer engineering professor at Ain Shams University. Previously, he held roles as Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and as Dean of the Faculty of Engineering for three years.

His Excellency Prof. Motaz Khorshid

Professor Khorshid, who previously served as the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Egypt in 2011, held leadership roles as Vice President at Cairo University and subsequently at the British University in Egypt. Presently, he holds the position of Professor of Decision Support at the Faculty of Computing and Artificial Intelligence at Cairo University.

The journalist Karam Gabr began at the Rose-Al-Youssef Foundation, rising to Chairman of the Board of Directors over three decades. With ownership of multiple Egyptian and Arabic publications, he has a vast press archive. Notably, Gabr chaired the National Press Authority in April 2017 and later the Supreme Council for Media in June 2020, a unique feat overseeing two major media organizations per the 2014 Constitution.

Excellency Ambassador Ehab Badawi

In October 2020, Ambassador Badawi became Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs after serving as Egypt's ambassador to France since September 2014. Before this, he was the Official Spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic and led the Cairo Regional Training Center for Conflict Resolution and Peacekeeping in Africa. He is Egypt’s ambassador to Spain from April/May 2024.

Prof. Reem Bahgat

Professor Reem Bahgat, president and co-founder of Egypt University of Informatics. She earned her MSc and Ph.D. from Imperial College London. Throughout her career, she held key roles, including Dean of Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence at Cairo University, and Assistant to the University President for Information Technology Affairs. She also served as Cultural and Educational Counselor at the Egyptian Embassy in the UK.

Prof. Hoda ElMaraghy

Professor Hoda ElMaraghy, Canada's first female Engineering Dean, received the Order of Canada for her groundbreaking contributions to engineering. As a Distinguished University Professor at the University of Windsor, and fellowships in esteemed organizations like the Royal Society of Canada, her research focuses on manufacturing systems paradigms and product-system co-development, advancing industrial productivity worldwide.

Prof. Said Megahed

Professor Megahed is a leading scientist in Cairo University's Faculty of Engineering, specializing in Robotics, Dynamics, and Control, with over 100 published papers. He received his Ph.D. in Automation and Robotics from Paul Sabatier University, France. Prof. Megahed held significant leadership positions, including Vice President for Research and Acting President at the Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology.

Prof. Khaled Ismail

Prof. Khaled Ismail, founder and chairman of KI Angel, holds key roles in investment, including at Feather Invest and Leap Ventures Investment Committee. He advises the Egyptian American Foundation Fund and serves on the board of El Sewedy Electric Company. Prof. Ismail has also served on the Presidential Advisory Council for Economic Development. Renowned for founding SySDSoft, acquired by Intel in 2011, he held the position of managing director of Intel Mobile Communications from 2011 to 2014.

Dr. Mohamed Hammady

Dr. Hammadi served as the Chief Technology Officer of Sky Group. He spearheaded the development of a comprehensive technology strategy across European Sky territories, overseeing critical areas such as Sky TV services, broadband, mobile, and cybersecurity initiatives. Additionally, as a non-executive director of the U.K.'s Standards Authority for Networks and Services Interoperability (NICC), he advocates for industry standards.

Dr. Almoataz Bellah Ahmed Taha

Dr. Al-Moataz Bellah Taha oversees strategic projects as Chief of the Minister's Office at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and directs the Technical Office at ITIDA. With vast experience, he held key roles at ITIDA, the Egyptian Cabinet, RITSEC, and GARPAD. Dr. Taha also serves on the boards of Egypt Post and Silicon Waha, guiding strategic directions.
